Photo Bank: Your Visual Content Library, All in One Place

We’re excited to introduce another powerful update to help streamline your content creation process: the Photo Bank.
Now you can upload your own photos and assets directly into your account, organize them by topic, and access them instantly when creating posts or designing in the Editor. The Photo Bank is your centralized image library, fully integrated into your content creation workflow.
The Photo Bank: What Is It?
The Photo Bank is your personal media library inside the platform. It allows you to:
Upload your own images: Add brand photos, team pictures, event images, graphics, etc.
Organize visuals by topic: Categorize your images based on topics, products, etc.
Use Assets in Post Generations: Your saved images are now available as part of the post creation process. Choose the perfect photos to go with your selected post type!
Automatically store images pulled from your website via scraping
- Design with Flexibility: All your Photo Bank assets are also accessible within the Editor, so now you can mix and match visuals, test creative combinations, and build stunning posts from scratch.
How The Photo Bank Works
1. Upload Your Own Images
Go to your Photo Bank tab and click Upload to add any images from your computer. You can upload individually or in bulk, whatever works best for you.
2. Organize by Topic
As you upload, you’ll be prompted to assign each image to a Topic. You can either manually assign the topic, or let the AI auto categorize the images for you. Tagging by topic makes it easier to browse, filter, and insert the right image when you’re building out content later.
3. Use Images in Posts and the Editor
When generating a post or designing a carousel/story, you can:
- Choose images directly from your Photo Bank
- Filter by topic to narrow down what you need
- Mix and match visuals across slides or post types
4. Automatically Save Images from Website Scrapes
When you rescrape your website or scrape a specific URL, the platform will detect relevant images from that page and automatically upload them to your Photo Bank.
Each image will be:
- Categorized by the topic or page it came from
- Linked to its original URL (so you know where it lives on your site)
- Ready to use in future content generation
