    What Is the Duplicate Posts Feature?

    Duplicate Posts lets you instantly clone any post (draft, scheduled, or previously published) and create a new version of it.

    This new version:

    • Retains all of your original content (media, captions, links, platform selections)

    • Can be fully edited and customized

    • Can be scheduled to a different time or date

    • Can include different captions (with or without using Caption Variations)

    • Can be posted to different platforms or reused on the same ones

    You control exactly how much you want to change, while saving tons of time on setup

    How Duplicate Posts Works

    Using Duplicate Posts is simple:

    1. Go to your Content Calendar or Daily Posts Dashboard.

    2. Find the post you want to reuse.

    3. Click the  Edit button and then “Duplicate”.

    4. A new post draft will be created. It’s identical to the original, but ready to be edited.

    5. From there, you can:

      • Change the caption (or generate platform-specific variations)

      • Switch or add media

      • Update calls to action

      • Adjust the platform selection

      • Choose a new publish date or time

    Once you’re ready, just schedule or publish as you normally would.
